NICOLE E. WILINSKI

 Nicole E. Wilinski is a senior associate with Kelley, Casey
& Moyer, P.C. She joined the firm
in July 2004. Ms. Wilinski's specialized areas of practice include
insurance law, insurance defense and civil litigation.
Ms. Wilinski is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. She is also admitted
to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and
Western Districts of Michigan,
the Northern District of Ohio, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms.
Wilinski is a member of the American Bar Association, the Michigan Defense
Trial Counsel, and the Macomb County Bar Association. Ms. Wilinski is also a member of the
Defense Research Institute, serving on the Insurance, Toxic Tort and
Environmental, and Construction committees.
Ms. Wilinski received a B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan in 1997, and continued her
education at Wayne State University School of Law where she earned her
Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 2000.
While in law school, Ms. Wilinski participated in Moot Court and the
Student Trial Advocacy Program ("STAP") in which she placed
second in the Fall 1998 competition.
