CATHERINE A. RAUSCH

Catherine A. Rausch joined the firm of Kelley, Casey &
Moyer, P.C. in 2004, as an associate attorney. Ms. Rausch’s specialized
areas of practice include insurance law, environmental law and construction
law.
Ms. Rausch is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. She is admitted to practice before all Michigan courts, the
United States District Court for the Eastern and Western District of
Michigan, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District
of Ohio. Ms. Rausch is also a member of the American Bar Association, the
Federal Bar Association, and the Macomb County Bar Association. Ms. Rausch is also an appointed member of
the Saint Clair Shores Waterfront Advisory Committee.
Ms. Rausch received a B.A in sociology from the University of Michigan
in 2000, and continued her education at the University of Michigan Law
School where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2003.
While in law school, Ms. Rausch was a member of the Environmental Law
Society. She attended a special seminar on Water Law and the Great Lakes Water Basin.
Ms. Rausch also worked under the direction of the National Wildlife
Federation as part of the University of Michigan Law School’s Environmental
Law Clinic.
