be a foundation of Kelley, Casey & Moyer, P.C. Our insurance law work,
including the preparation of coverage opinions and litigating
declaratory judgment, breach of contract and "bad faith" actions, encompasses the
full spectrum of subject areas, including environmental, toxic tort,
asbestos, general liability, professional liability, life and health,
automobile, homeowners, and technology-related insurance law matters.
Our experience in insurance matters includes handling multi-party,
multi-million dollar, multi-million document complex coverage cases,
serving as national coordinating environmental coverage counsel,
successful trials and appeals of insurance cases, and innovative
negotiation of settlement resolutions. Our attorneys have authored
articles on insurance law issues, lectured at State Bar Institute of
Continuing Legal Education insurance law programs, and have served on
the State Bar Insurance Law committee. We provide services statewide in
